CDC Innovation is a member of the Association Française des Investisseurs en Capital (AFIC) and of the European Venture Capital Association (EVCA). It has been duly approved as management company by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

CDC Innovation currently manages 415 M€ in assets, of which 310 M€ through 3 Fonds Commun de Placement à Risques (FCPR):

FCPR CDC Science & Innovation 2001:	117.6 M€	Divestment phase
FCPR Innovation III:	First closing 50 M€	Investment phase

 

The other funds are Fonds Commun de Placement dans l'Innovation (FCPI) managed as co-investment vehicles with our first 2 FCPRs. The last FCPI was raised in 2003.

Both the FCPR and the FCPI are mutual funds under French Law with regulations specifically adapted to the venture capital activity.
